Summer Days

It has been WAY too hot to do anything outside lately.  So for the past few weeks when B isn't at his grandparents, we just find things to do at home.  Sometimes that means watching too much TV.  But I did get him some Crayola paints the other day and let him go at some canvas.  He loved it!  They turned out really cute too and we hung them in his room.

Ive been taking most of my pictures with my phone because my camera is never handy and my phone is always right there.  I have been so bad and taking pictures lately.  I promised myself I would get better. It seems like I have no pictures of Boston from this year compared to the last 2.

We have also been working on potty training.  I have either been letting him go around the house bottomless (which seems to work best) or I put him in his big boy underwear (which is so cute!)  He has very few accidents now, but it seems to get all out of wack when we go somewhere or goes to the grandparents house.

So we are taking it day by day.  We will be in diapers at night and naptime for awhile I'm sure...

We did go to the pool the other weekend, but it felt like bath water, ugh.  

He is doing good now and wearing his floaties though!

We have also been running a lot of errands getting ready from Blake to come.  Here are a couple of cute ones I got in the car of him.

I am so grateful for this summer with Boston!  I'm so glad we have gotten to spend so much time together!
