We arrived at ACH at 6am and were headed home by 8:30. The procedure literally took only 10 minutes, and suprisingly I didn't cry when they took him to surgery. We went back to pre-op, they took his vitals, talked to us and gave him some goofy juice. He was so funny after that. He looked drunk and was giggling. I wish we had gotten a picture then!
I think that made it easier for me to let him go, because he was relaxed and not crying.
He was VERY fussy when we got back to recovery and was that way until the anesthesia wore off. So far so good though and he seems back to normal. Thanks for the prayers!
