HAPPY BIRTHDAY BOSTON!!!

Boston,
One year ago today, my prince charming finally arrived in my life.  At 3:41pm I saw the most precious face ever and fell in love with my little man.  My life will never be the same, and for that I am so glad!  I thank God every day for you and everything you bring to my life.
I truly cannot believe it has been a whole year!  You have changed SO much this past year and have changed my life so much (in a good way!)  I am so thankful I am staying at home with you today, even after being snowed in for the last two days, I could spend every day like this with you.  I know you have no idea that it is your birthday but I hope one day you will read back through the blog and the letters I have written and see just how important you are to us and how much we love you!  I never want you to doubt our love for you Boston!
I plan on spending this day with you, playing and loving on you as much as possible.  You had a rough night last night and I think it is your two top teeth coming in. I'm hoping it isn't your ears, but i can tell you don't feel very good.  We will find out for sure at your 1 year check up on Tuesday. 
We are looking forward to celebrating YOU on Saturday and Mommy has been working very hard to make it special.  I love you so, so, so much!!!! Happy Birthday little man!

Here is what you are up to these days:

• You still don't crawl, just scoot everywhere on your booty
• You are standing with assistance and I can tell you want to walk so bad, but you are scared to let go
• You are on whole milk now and had your last actual bottle this morning.  From now on it will be all sippy cups/bottles (we'll see how that goes)
• you haven't been the best eater lately. You love cheese and pancakes and that is about all I can get you to really eat at mealtimes
• You are in 12-18 month clothes and I'm moving you up to size 4 diapers at night
• you are talking a lot more now, but it is your own little language and its so cute!
• You start dancing when you hear music
• love books, music, balls, anything that makes noise, playing in the dog bowls and bones
• You still love water and bathtime!  Im so excited that summer is coming and can't wait to see you in the pool!
• You are on one 2 hour nap a day.  You have digressed in your sleeping pattern and have been waking up in the middle of the night now for about 2 weeks wanting a bottle. Not sure what that is all about...
• You still love your paci. However I am trying to keep it to nap time and bedtime.  I honestly think it will be devastating for us both when we take it away!
