2 Month Check-up

We went today for your 2 month check-up. You are growing SO much! You weigh 11lbs. 7oz (50th percentile) and are 23-3/4" long!(80th percentile) Your brain also grew a lot because your head measures 16 inches (75th percentile). You passed all of your evaluation with flying colors! You absolutely love Dr. Sanders, you just smiled and talked to her the whole time and were so cooperative! I am so proud of you! You had to get 3 shots, but Mommy left the room. You did really well and stopped crying the minute I picked you up! You seem to be acting fine thus far, no fever yet. We don't go back to the Dr. until you are 4 months old unless you get sick which I know is inevitable now that you are in daycare. I just want to bathe you in GermX every time I pick you up from there!
You are still grunting a lot and starting to "talk" to us by cooing (it is so cute!). You have also started smiling quite a bit when you look at us and it melts my heart every time! When you are awake you are very active and kick your legs and punch a lot. You love bathtime and storytime and you also like it when I sing "Jesus Loves Me", "God is so Good" and "You are my sunshine". Since being back to work I cherish and appreciate every moment with you even more than before. I am off work tomorrow and so excited to spend the whole day with you. I love you bunches little man!
