Goodbye 20's...Hello 30's!

Today is my last day in my 20's.  It is bittersweet.  While I'm not fond of getting older, I must say that I have learned and changed more in my 20's than I ever thought possible.  I'm proud to have overcome many difficult situations and I'm a better person for it.  I have made up my mind to make my 30's the best yet!

I have found myself in the past couple of years and plan on building on it.  In my 20's I graduated college, started a professional career, got married, then divorced.  I can't say I regret any of it, because it has made me who I am today. I thank God that he brought Kyle back into my life for a second chance at love, marraige and a family of my own.  I can honestly say I never thought I would have been through so much at the young age of 30.  In some ways I feel like my life is just beginning, and I'm going to rock it out!  I welcome my 30's and the trials and triumphs that come my way.  I know some big changes are in my near future and I couldn't be more excited to see what God has planned!

I want to thank God, my family and my friends for loving and accepting me for who I am and sticking by me through thick and thin. I am so blessed and undeserving!

I will be celebrating my 30th in Hot Springs this weekend with my husband.  I'm so excited that my girls are also making the trip to hang out with me on Saturday night for a much needed girls night. But I am also sad as this is the first night away from my little man.  20 months and I still have not parted from him for one night (29 months actually).  I know he is in good hands with my mom this weekend and will be spoiled rotten!

Hopefully I can enjoy the weekend without too much worry and get in some good R&R.  Kyle got me a spa package, so I will be there all Saturday morning. I'm so excited!
