18 months old!

Boston,

How is it that you are 18 months old already?!?!?  Another month has flown by before my eyes and a month full of milestones at that!  In this past month you have finally started walking and we are so proud!  You are becoming more and more independent and it is breaking mommys heart.  You are so much fun right now and have the best personality!  You haven't felt well in a couple of days with unexplained fever and crazy tantrums.  I hate not knowing what is wrong.  It has been difficult getting you to go to sleep when normally it is a breeze.  

It seems you have grown up so much in the last couple of months.  You even look really different than you did at 1 year old!  I hope to get you to cooperate and take some 18 month photos this weekend.  

Here are a few things you are up to:

You still Love daycare and I'm so glad.  However, you are always excited when i get you in the afternoons :)

You are in 18 month clothes, but could probably wear 24 month stuff.  I haven't bought any yet, been putting it off :(

You still aren't very vocal but a few things I have heard you say randomly are: thank you, dog, momma, dada, ball, apple, out

You have really liked TV lately (as in picture above)  It has been way too hot to go outside and only find so many toys to play with inside, so we have been watching lots of cartoons and movies lately.

You still aren't a big eater, but LOVE your milk!
We have regressed a bit on the paci.  You used to only have it at naptime, night-night and the car. But lately you have been super attached to it and I have given in because you haven't felt good and because you are still my baby!

I really am trying to savor all of these moments with you little man.  It seems as if you are doing something different everyday and changing so much!  I already see other little babies and it's hard to believe you were ever that small!  I am so thankful that you are growing into a big, healthy boy though and I try not to take that for granted.
I thank God everyday for you and pray for your health and happiness.
