27 weeks (exactly 3 months from today!)

(not sure what is going on with my bangs?!?!)
this is actually the only dress i own that doesn't make me look 10 months pregnant!

Pregnancy Highlights:

How Far Along: 27 Weeks-due date is 3 months from today!
Total Weight Gain: 10lbs (feels like way more!)
Maternity Clothes: yes
Gender: GIRL-BLAKELY GRAY BURTON
Movement: Very active!
Sleep: very well, im exhausted!
What I miss: Margaritas on a patio, a glass of wine with the girls, bending over comfortably
Cravings: mexican food, cheesecake
Symptoms: My energy level is starting to plummet again, ugh!  Motivation is going along with it.  I have so much to do in the next 3 months, its stressing me out!
I have had a few BH contractions, but Dr said its fine as long as they aren't often.
I also have crazy low back pain in the afternoons/night.

I got back into yoga and pilates this week after taking a couple of weeks off.  I can tell a huge difference!  My belly is really in the way now and I can't do all of the poses, etc :(

I have 8 paintings to finish plus whatever I want to do for Bostons room and the nursery.  We still need to paint the nursery but my husband will be gone for the next month of weekends!  Not sure if/when it will ever get done.

I got a bit frustrated today when shopping for clothes today.  I'm already starting to buy some large maternity clothes, where as last time, I stayed in mediums right up until the last month.  I was on a hunt for a maternity cocktail dress.  Let me tell you, not fun!  I hate buying something I will wear one time so I settled for a black dress from Destination Maternity for $30.  I will just have to make it work.  One of my BFF's got married last month in Dallas and she is having a big reception on Memorial Day weekend.

Boston update:  We are now on Day 3 of being paci-free!  He actually hasn't cried/threw a fit for it like I expected him to.  The first day was a bit hard.  He would not take a nap!
We got him down to using just one at night (he used to have one in the mouth and one in each hand).  So I snipped a hole in the one paci and told him it was broken.  He still slept with it (in his hand) the first night.  The next day I completely snipped off the end.  He tried to keep it in his mouth but kept spitting it out.  Since then if he asks for it I just say its broken.  He pouts for a minute and it takes twice as long to get him to sleep but it hasn't been near as bad as I expected.  Keep your fingers crossed!
