Mothers Day Cook out

I hope everyone had a wonderful Mothers day!  Mine started off by sleeping in until 10!!!  So wonderful, but I felt groggy the rest of the day.  We had all of the moms and grandmas over to our house for burgers and hot dogs today.

This platter was my Mothers Day gift from Boston.  I have been wanting to do this for a long time so we went a couple of weeks ago and got his footprints done and I painted the platter.  I am going to keep it displayed in our kitchen.  Kyle literally got up this morning and went and got me a card and flowers! How thoughtful, huh?  Just kidding!!!

This is my gift from my sweet momma. A new Big Buddha Bag!  I love my turquoise one I got last year too!

We got all the grandma's little tiles with B's footprints on them for their gift.

I'm so thankful that God chose me to be Boston's mother!  It has been and will continue to be the best and most rewarding job I will ever have!

 

I have been home since Thursday because of strep throat, and Boston had fever as well.  Even though we were both sick I enjoyed my time home with him.  Tomorrow is going to be rough. Hope everyone has a great week!
