Yesterday we took Boston for his 6 month shots and check up. He started getting sick on Sunday night, runny nose, sneezing, etc. I didn't think much of it b/c he has been congested before. But it got much worse. I finally got a taste of what having a "difficult" baby feels like and IT SUCKS! He did not sleep well Sunday or Monday night but only had a mild fever so i treated it with Tylenol and saline drops. When Dr. S saw him yesterday she said he had an ear infection in his left ear :( His first one. She prescibed some Amoxicillian and went ahead with his shots. He also got a flu shot. We have to be extra careful and take all the precautions for Kyle's mom. Poor baby had 4 shots :( I could tell he wasn't feeling well all day yesterday in his eyes. Well this morning at 5:00 he had a 102 degree fever! It has been fluctuating all night/morning and we are trying to keep control of it with Tylenol and Motrin. I can tell he feels awful, i wish i could do something to help. I am staying at home with him again today. I haven't been to work since LAST THURSDAY but I have to admit I don't mind a bit!

Height: 27.5" (80th percentile)
Head: 18" (90th percentile!)
I will do a 7 month post tomorrow. I can't believe it...

Happy 7 months little guy!! I hate that he is sick, it is so hard.. I hope that he is better soon!!!!
Poor baby! Hope he gets better soon! It's so sad to see them not feeling good. You want to fix it for them and can't all the time!
i hope boston is feeling better!! It's so hard when your baby is sick and you can't do anything about it.
about the comment you left on my blog, girl...take full advantage of holding him and cuddling and loving on him because once he gets good at being mobile, he will be into EVERYTHING and won't stay still. :( i miss my cuddle bug!
