Need to slow down...

It has been a very busy and emotional week for the Burton's. This past week I have come to appreciate the fact that we still have our parents around and so close to us. We have both been so busy at work and with life in general but I have realized we need to slow down and take advantage of every moment we have with them. This week has also made me realize that I need to be a healthier person so that I can hopefully be around longer for Boston.
I have a really close friend that lost her mother last weekend and one of my best friend's dad is having a really hard time with cancer that has just come back, and then there is Kyle's mom. Needless to say, i have been talking to God a lot lately! I thank Him everyday for my family and friends.
Boston is growing so fast and changing everyday! Unfortunately he is starting to get sick. He has been really congested and coughing all weekend. He slept all day yesterday and last night so i could tell he didn't feel good. No fever yet, thank goodness, but i am making good use of the nose suction thingy! He hates it! I feel so bad for him b/c i know he can't breathe very well.
He finally got to wear his Red Sox outfit to school today. It was one of the very first outfits I got when we found out we were having a boy. It has "Boston" across the back. So cute! If you know me, you know that I am not a big baseball fan, but Kyle is a different story. He has high aspirations that Boston will be a pitcher in the major league. The Red Sox play the Yankees tonight and apparently it is a big deal. I think watching baseball is almost as bad as watching paint dry (unless you are actually at a game). I guess I need to start liking it huh? I will try to post some photos later tonight...
