Baby Registry...Whew!

Ok, so i had no clue that there would be SO much to register for!!! Way more than you can ever expect to register for when you get married! Thanks to Amanda for going with me on Friday for some much needed guidance on what I will need and not need. Still, I have been to Babies R Us Friday, Saturday AND Sunday for some reason or another. We decided on our travel system, only to find out when i went to pick it up that the car seat only holds to 22lbs. So we are going to have to buy everything seperate so we can use the car seat until he gets to be 30lbs. Breastfeeding is another story, there are so many gadgets and what nots, so anyone who has experience feel free to let me know what is useful. I also registered at Target for most of the smaller things. We still haven't found a swing that we like....

We finally decided on the furniture and room colors. Now I am in the process of getting all of the bedding fabrics together and ordered. Can we just say I am very overwhelmed with everything! Don't get me wrong, all of this planning is very fun, but I am afraid I am forgetting something or getting the totally wrong things....

On another note, I still have a little "thumper" in my belly. He was kicking so hard on Saturday, that you could see my belly move! Kyle finally felt him a little the other night. It seems he is already being a little stinker, everytime he is moving and Kyle puts his hand on my belly he will stop moving for awhile. Ha! I have gained about 5-6lbs so far so I guess I am doing pretty good in that area...My next appointment is on the 22nd.
